New T1-11 siding stained cedar, with new trim. Replaced all the old insulation with new when replacing siding and caulked Inside wall seams beforehand. Also repaired all electrical issues and added outlets and lighting during this time and am a state licensed electrician. When doing the skirting I used built a structural wall on 4x4s to eventually have concrete footers poured underneath. I also replaced every piece of plumbing pipe through the whole house and changed all flex lines to cpcv. Has new water heater and new oil furnace. Added water line out behind garage and added French drains throughout the property to keep the land dry. Also dug and installed new electrical service conduit and pulled copper feeders to a new smart panel that shows individual breaker usage via app. Also added ground rods by panel and grounding grid at pole.
