    What's special

    3/2 bedroom home with a casita and a large new storage room in the back. The main home is close to 1600 sq feet and the casita is close to 350 sq feet. The stand alone casita has been totally remodeled 4 years ago with a very nice remodeled bathroom. There is a small a/c heater combo that we put in and are leaving it for the new tenants. There also is a sink and large living area that could be used as a womens retreat , ,man cave or extra living quarters. There are two living area's in the home, and a large dining area, also the counters in the kitchen has room for stools or counter height chairs. The washer and dryer I am leaving with the home. I used some of the dining area and built a walk in pantry/closet for xtra things I wanted to store in the home. The home has a attic in the home for some things to store and another in the casita. The back yard has a concrete patio for your enjoyment with your outdoor furniture. Both baths in the home have been remodeled 4 years ago also. I have lived in this home from the day of purchase and have really enjoyed the home and the neighborhood. You have the best neighbors. There is a neighborhood Walmart not far from the home, and not to far away is a community pool and play area. I utilize that pool alot. Harry Stone Aquatic center is the name. Anything I am missing just ask, since i have lived here I know quite a bit about the neighborhood and home. Look foward to meeting you. We are looking for a two year lease term. All utilities are paid my tenants. Maintenance will be done on A/C and heating unit twice a year in the spring and fall. Filters to be changed monthly by tenant. Although we do not require renters insurance we highly request you get it. If anything happens to the home we have our home insurance, but it would not cover any items you have in the home. The 1500.00 dollars we ask to hold the property is a hold that we would keep for not showing it anymore and would be ours to keep if you backed out for some reason. After moving in it would be your deposit on the home and refundable at move out The casita in the back is for your use or family and is not to be used for renting out. We are a family owed company and are easy to work with. If you have something you would like to do just ask. If you need something done just ask. Pictures of the home are on Redfin. I am not at the moment putting up pictures as we are moving out and the place is not show worthy in photos.
