Located on edge of the new Loop 9 that connects i-35W and I-35E. House is a ranch resting on 1/2 acre. A shed is included. There is a large building in the back that is NOT included in the rental. This house has a country setting where you can sit in the back and have a fresh breeze brush through. It's a quiet home, close to Ferris, Waxahachie, Dallas and Red Oak. There are new floors throughout the house and some other added features. Rent is due the first of every month. Renter pays own electric and water. Renter must maintain the property, cutting grass, trimming. No smoking inside of house permitted. You need to provide a refrigerator. We are still working on the exterior of the house including some wood repair and painting. Some of the screens will be replaced and there will be more gravel added so please don't let the looks of the house deter you. We have Renters PENDING!
