Private room with private bath available in a SFH in SE Ann Arbor, very reasonable bike/drive to downtown AA, and convenient to both Downtown AA and Ypsi, with a 5 minute walk to the bus stop at the end of the street as well. The room is currently furnished to allow for a desk and bed, but furniture can also be removed if you'd like your own furniture. Private bath included, but might be shared if guests are staying over. Shared spaces include a modern kitchen and a spacious living room with a very nice theater system for movie nights and gaming. I have two lovely huskies that adore people and attention, but are very mild mannered. All utilities including gigabit fiber included. Renter is responsible for keeping their space and whatever of the shared space they use clean. Willing to do month/month, but ideally 6mo minimum. No smoking inside the house, but outside is fine.
