The home had an addition about 9 years ago it is now 2150 sq ft. Needing some TLC. Surrounded by million dollar homes. I will try to answer most common questions. Roof is older then 10 years old but no noticeable water damage on interior. AC unit has not worked in last 5 years. Originally home was 1450 sq ft about 10 years ago an addition of approx. 900 sq ft was added onto the home. New windows and siding at same time. The photos were taken on 9/25/2025. I am the title holder of the property, due to loan to the original owner who currently occupying property. Home has septic and it's own well. The land is fairly flat and well above water table.
