Its a great shop with working power and a 220v outlet, but the wiring is old and needs updating per inspector. This house has been well kept and is very livable or rentable as is, but overall feels slightly dated since it has been decades since its last remodel. With the lot being so large and fairly flat, the possibilities for additions are endless. There is even plenty of space for a second house and/or a pool on the property. It is one of the earlier homes built in the area and the builders did a great job of picking a nice elevated spot with a flat yard that will never flood. Hard to duplicate. They all work well, but are older. Appliances included, but are also older. Overall its a great house that is easy and cheap to maintain with tons of potential.
