Our need to stay here with a home this large has shifted with our children gone, so there isnt any underlying need to leave. More than willing to stay put. At the same time, I am open to offers, especially a family that would benefit from this space the way we have. Deck, hot tub, par 3, basketball court, and a gym in the guesthouse with all the equipment. Along with custom cabinets, real hardwood floors and a huge master bed and bath. All on 3ac. I think $151/sqft is very reasonable. Anywhere else the price would be much much higher. Roof was replaced 2yrs ago. TVs stay with home. Home security and surveillance. Home safe will stay with home.
