Nice little mid 80's single wide manufactured home. 2 bedroom, 1 bath. New laminate flooring, outlets and switches, new light fixtures. We have been fixing up the house with the intention of living here for a while. Unfortunately, our job has moved us elsewhere. It is nicely situated 15 minutes away from the beach and 2 minutes away from town. Space rent is $335. Includes water, sewer, and trash. Does not include furniture or TV.
