Our home is located in a very quiet and safe area of Chino Hills. The property is occupied by one home owner, and one roommate. The room available for rent is furnished with a queen bed and 2 night stands w/2 drawers each. The closet has lots of custom shelving, with sliding doors. The room has a ceiling fan so that you can relax in a calm and comfortable environment, and ceiling lights. This room is located upstairs. The bathroom is spacious, and it has a walk-in shower that has been remodeled. This room also has shelving and a flat screen tv on the wall. There is also a TV room upstairs, that I rarely use for your convenience, with a treadmill. Access to shared common areas, kitchen, laundry room, living room, and a family room. If you enjoy cooking outdoors, we have a gas grill in the backyard, perfect for a summer BBQ. You will love spending time there on the patio. It has beautiful plants, very nice place to relax. Our house is conveniently located with walking distance to restaurants and lots of shopping. And for your security, we have installed security cameras in the front of the house. I am retired living in the house, and have a friendly dog. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. This is a beautiful place to live and make your home. Minimum 6 month lease, would prefer 1 year lease. All utility costs are included in the rent. No smoking or drugs. No stay over guests. Parking space is in the driveway. Renters responsibilities are to clean up after yourself. The housekeepers clean every other week. Mandatory the bathrooms. The housekeepers do not clean up your mess, you are to clean before they come. I would like the housekeepers to clean your room, dust and vacuum. If you don't want them in your room, it is your responsibility to clean every other week.
