Good, quiet street. The homeowners take care of their yards and the street itself is in good condition. Neighbors care about their fellow neighbors but aren't nosy. Neighborhood watch group meets up regularly. All of this is probably attributed to the fact that the entire neighborhood is full of city employees, fire, police, young families, couples, etc. Don't see too many troublemakers around here, and if one happens to pass through, they're dealt with pretty quickly.
