This all adobe house has two floors. The downstairs is one large living room with a large Southwestern style fireplace with Nichos, the ceilings are tongue and groove with recessed lighting and the floors are wood planks. The kitchen is contemporary and also has tongue and groove ceilings with recessed lighting. A glass door leads to a good size deck suitable for our outdoor dining. There are two bedroom upstairs, all wood floors, a washer/dryer and a large bath room. The master bedroom has French doors leading to a French balcony overlooking mountain, pasture and tree views. The second bedroom has a large sliding door leading to a huge covered territorial style deck. Both bedrooms as well as the kitchen have fans. There is room for gardening. It is a short walk to St. Francis Plaza, the postoffice, the Ranchos Plaza Grill (great for Sunday brunch) and theBlueBus line. TheTaos Spais atwo minute drive, supermarkets are a five minute drive, Walmarts is in between. This is a no smoking unit.
