I'm Emily, and I'm looking for great renters for my lovely home in Decatur (30032), which is conveniently located about 5 minutes from Avondale Estates, 10 minutes from DT Decatur, and ~20 minutes from DT Atlanta. Both 285 and 20 are easily accessible. The location is great. The neighbors are friendly, and the street is quiet and safe. We lived in the home for three years and put a lot of love into it. It's newly renovated and well-loved with a large open-concept kitchen, two modern bathrooms (including a gorgeous European wet room, which is my favorite place to unwind!), and a large backyard with a huge deck and a large bonus space. Two of our three of the bedrooms are huge, and the owner's suite has large closet, French doors that lead to the deck and backyard, and, of course, the European wet room. The cute yellow structure in the backyard is finished with electrical, heating, and cooling. The photo isn't great, but we've added another layer of plant. I used it as an office, but it's a great lounge space or 4th bedroom. Appliances included in rent: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer (in a large laundry/storage room). The home has easy-to-clean vinyl plank flooring throughout. We're pet-friendly. Since this is a home we love and want to maintain, we're looking for the right renters who will love our home while we're away. *Home is currently renter occupied* Tenant pays electric and water. One time per deposit for pets. No smoking. No limitations on parking - includes covered car port. Tenant responsible for cutting grass.
