This beautiful property had frontage on Farmington Rd. There are homes surround the property, just to the west of the property is Walgreens, Kmart, and there's public transportation right on Farmington Rd. The property had been surveyed, there's water hook up, electric, sewer. The property is flat and accessible. As I said, we bought this with the intention of hanging onto it for many years. I had seen the area and couldn't believe you could buy land here this kind of price. It's long term value was just too good to pass up. I know this is the worst time to try to sell real estate but our loss is sure to be someone else's gain.
