My fiance and I purchased this home as a project to make it into our first home because we had between 8000 and 10,000 dollars to put towards the work it needed done just to be livable and remodeling.. That was in February of 2021. However we have came into some personal hardship manners and are relocating and we need to sell our home. It does still need a little remodeling to make it look like I would want the ending success to be, but none the less its livable and the price is unbeatable. The mobile home must be moved ASAP. Price is $1500 but I am negotiable on that price.
