Our Animal Family Includes: 6 dogs 3 horses 2 tortoises 1 pig 1 chicken We're opening our home because we're semi-retired and would love to travel more. Having someone we trust at home to love and care for our animals while we're away is very important to us. Additional compensation is available for animal care while we travel. What You'll Have: Your own private bedroom Your own private refrigerator & pantry space Shared kitchen & laundry 2 living rooms with huge TVs one can be your space and one ours, or we can enjoy them together! Bathroom is essentially yours unless we have guests 1.25-acre fully fenced property Private parking Plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and our animals Rent includes everything, except during the summer months when, if we are away, we would ask for a partial contribution toward the SRP electric bill. What We're Looking For: Someone responsible, trustworthy, respectful, and most importantly someone who genuinely loves animals...but none of their own. Male or female is welcome. Non- smoker, non- drinker, no drugs. No overnight guests without prior approval. A background check and credit check will be required.
