And the second bedroom on the main level with walk in closet. A third room could be a dedicated office. Open layout for the living room and fully equipped kitchen. The house has an AC, wood stove, washer/ dryer. The house connected to the well water with a new filter system and it is on septic tank. It is recommended to get your drinking water from supermarket such as Fred Meyer. There is a water dispenser in house for bottle water. Garbage cans are set down in the road a bit, due to garbage truck would not drive up to the hill. Due to its adjacency to the forest, there are sometime wildlife come visit, including mountain lion and black bear. Be careful with kids and pets if they are playing in the yard, or after dark. Landscape maintenance is NOT included in the contract. Tenant can choose to maintain for their own use. One year lease and month-to-month after one year. Rent includes water, sewage garbage and electricity. Tenant to pay internet. Security deposit + 1st month due at lease signing. Pets charge additional cleaning fee.
