Looking for a roommate to share rent in a 2 story townhouse. Current Roommate is leaving. It's a quiet neighborhood near Fox Valley Mall on the border of Aurora and Naperville. Bedroom is on the 2nd floor has 2 closets and attached full bath. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space. There is a small spare bedroom that we use for storage and 3d Printing. There is a small porch with deck chairs that's great to chill on when the weather is nicer. Used to have a grill out there but that had to be relocated to the garage/driveway. Utility room has full sized washer and dryer and sink. I have my own set up on the 1st floor so the upstairs is basically all yours other than the shared kitchen and the rare occasion that I work from home I have my desktop up there. The black couches/TV/speakers/dinning room table are mine so if you don't have your own those can stay up there... if you do we can shuffle things around to make things work. I also have a large dog (Moose), he is very friendly but normally stays downstairs with me but is always willing to go on walks if you want to take him out. Utilities aren't included and vary from 125-175 a month depending on the season. I don't have a cable/TV package just high speed internet for streaming and such but if you want cable that could be arranged. Landlord will need to do a quick credit/background check. About me: I'm a 35M Engineer that works your basic 8-5. I like working on my cars and do some woodworking. Generally keep to myself but would still want to make sure we get along. I don't really throw parties or anything maybe a friend or two for a fire or grilling out.
