This is a vacant lot. The house was destroyed by fire in Dec 2006, and the property purchased in 2009 as a vacant lot as the charcoal remains were hauled away in dumpsters. The info in Zillow is outrageously incorrect. Even the Public record of the $95,000 purchase in 1/2009 is an egregious error. It is unfortunate that Zillow impacts the market so negatively with all of its incorrect information.
