Laundry hookup in the unit for tenants appliances, or free laundry for tenants onsite. Renters insurance is not required, but strongly recommended. Landlord pays water, sewer, heat and electricity. Tenant pays for their own internet. Landlord is responsible for snow removal from the driveway, but the tenant is responsible for shoveling their own walkways and decks. Off street parking is available for 2 vehicles. Pets are allowed with approval and non refundable deposit. The landlord must meet the any dogs before the lease is signed.
