The main wood burning stove, and all of the in-floor heating and water heaters are all on one side and on the other are large windows and a door leading the front lawn. This is a great place for a recreation and still has room for work benches and tools etc. The house is heated with in-floor heating, wood and propane. The in-floor heating is in the walk-out floor and the first floor. There are 2 wood stoves as well as a newly installed (2019) propane heating unit. Also new (2019) is a 50 gallon hot water heater. Signed lease, first last and security deposit are required. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, trash, plowing, and lawn.
