Townhouse Rd Apartments is conveniently located off of Route 293 & Brown Avenue in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Each townhouse comes with central a/c, washer/dryer hook-ups and one assigned off-street parking space. Extra assigned parking may be available for a monthly fee. We pay for water, sewer and trash. Residents are responsible for the electricity, gas heat and internet/cable. Our maintenance staff is on call 24/7 for emergencies and you'll enjoy a smoke-free atmosphere in our smoke-free buildings. We do not allow smoking in the buildings, on the balconies or within 15 feet of entrances, windows, doors and air-intake units. Our community is also pet friendly! We allow up to two pets, either indoor cats or small dogs under 50 pounds for an additional monthly fee (some breed restrictions apply).
