This is a 275sq ft tiny home sitting at the top of the mountains in Santa Cruz. Please note this home has a COMPOST toilet. The deck has a propane fire pit to sit at on those clear nights. There is wifi but no ability to pug the internet directly into a computer or other device. There is also no cable tv. The home does come fully furnished but willing to move smaller items out that you have of your own. Rent includes all utilities; water, electricity, internet (wifi) and trash. NO LAUNDRY ON SITE. Getting to the property requires 4x4 capability. You will need to drive up a steep gravel road and in the winter months is can become slick. Parking is free, you will have an open dirt area you can park on. No covered or garage available. This home is for a max of two people (couple). It will be a month to month lease. Rent will always be due on the 1st with a late fee after 5 days. There is no smoking and no pets allowed.
