Exterior Features: Single story home with beige exterior, white trim and a burnt red asphalt shingle roof. Roof tile appears to be in good shape. Wood trim and front patio could use sanding and repainted. Front patio has debris from on the floor area needing scraped up. The lot slopes downward towards the rear and the house sits about 10' lower than the street, which could cause some water run off and erosion. The lot needs to be cleared out and landscaped.
