Take a much needed getaway for a weekend or longer! Other Things to Note: Upon arrival, you will need to go to the front office to purchase a parking pass / pool pass for your stay. The charge for this pass is $20 for up to seven days. If you are staying longer than seven days, the pass will be $30. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer inside the condo! No more than two parking passes are permitted. This condo is completely non-smoking (this includes vaping) including the balcony. No Pets allowed. We only rent to adults over the age of 25 This unit is a 3rd floor walk up. This complex is NOT motorcycle or trailer friendly. This unit is available for monthly rentals from December 3, 2024 through April 3, 2025. Rent is $1,495 per month, security deposit is $1,495. A processing fee of $95 is due before move-in. Departure cleaning fees and any applicable taxes are additional. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Background check, rental history, income verification, and credit check are required.
