The upstairs three bedrooms and two bathrooms are occupied by myself and my 9-year-old son. The bedroom/bathroom suite that I am offering is on the main living room/kitchen level and I am willing to allow house privileges to this part of the home as well. The room was built as an entertainment bonus room so it has its own private bathroom, vanity wet bar, sink, mini fridge and plenty of cabinetry space. It has its own private entrance in and out of the unit through its own back door. This is a beautiful area with lots of trees and hiking. It is walking distance to downtown Burbank, restaurants, bars, mall, parks and schools. Please be responsible, clean and have steady income. Hi, my name is Clint. I am a single dad to a wonderful nine-year-old little boy. He is mostly at home with me every Tuesday, Thursday and every other weekend unless summer and holiday schedule modifications. We have a 4-year-old chocolate Labrador name d Dixie, a beta fish named Peter and a 4-month-old bearded dragon named Sam. Me and my son will take care of all pet responsibilities unless you just like to help out. Me and my son are very active in sports and outdoors. I keep a very clean house and I do not like a dirty kitchen or dishes left in the sink. I am looking for a responsible, drama free person to occupy the spare bedroom suite in our home. If you choose to use the main kitchen, dining and living area, you will be expected to clean after yourself. I would welcome you to treat it as yours being considerate and responsible.
