It is within walking distance to Merion train station (.4 miles) Bala Cynwyd library, shops and restaurants on Montgomery Ave at Levering Mill Rd, Merion Botanical Park, and Merion elementary school. The basement is accessed by a stairwell in the kitchen hallway. A newly installed gas fired (95% efficiency) boiler/hot water tank (summer/winter hookup) was installed by Boyle Energy in July 2024 with transferable warranty. There are replacement windows and French doors throughout the home except for two windows that were not accessible. A one car garage is attached to house with no access from interior of house.
