1. Appliances Tenant is responsible for providing their own appliances, including but not limited to a stove and refrigerator. Landlord will not supply or maintain these items. 2. Utilities Tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities associated with the property, including water, heat, and electricity. 3. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence. Smoking is permitted only in the garage area. 4. Rent and Security Deposit The full amount of the first month's rent and the required security deposit are due and payable at the time of lease signing.
