The neighborhood will be the most difficult thing for us to leave behind. Gatewood is a very charming area, with homeowners in their early 30s all the way up to their mid-90s. We enjoy waving to our neighbors when we leave for work, or walk the dog in the morning. It is an extremely friendly area - hard to find in greater Seattle.
