Country living. Very nice three bedroom two bathroom home. Quiet area. Riverton schools with Springfield utilities. The yard is approximately one acre and you are required to maintain it. Part of the yard is fenced. Washer/dryer hookups are on main floor. Tenant pays all utilities. The house has a basement but it is not completely dry. There is a two car detached garage. One year lease is required. Owner pays for water up to $70 per month. Tenant pays all other utilities ( Ameren-gas and electric, garbage service which is required, and lawn care). Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Our general rule is one pet. Some pets will not be considered. Please ask about your pets. House is on a five acre plot with other out buildings. You are only renting the house, two car garage , small storage shed and one acre of ground. The large outbuildings do not come with the property. We take an application. No fee is charged.
