We are a 2 minute walk to the Cortelyou Road subway station on the Q train, which is about 35 minutes to Union Sq and has transfers to the B train at Church Ave. We are also steps from the express BM1, BM2, BM3 and BM4 buses to and from downtown, and the B103 bus. All electricity, heat, hot water, AC and wifi (FiOS) are included. This is a month-to-month furnished apartment. First month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. Each month's rent is due at the first of the month. 1 month notice for moving out. No fee.
