Apartment is it's own self-contained space not shared with Airbnb. No smoking Most important is to have someone on-site that looks after the house and makes sure guests are not destructive. We have our own management and cleaning crew. Guests just behave better if they know someone is nearby. TV, Internet, Water, Sewer, Electric All included. Basement apartment below Airbnb. Airbnb can be very loud on the weekends. We need someone to help keep an eye on the place, occasionally refill LP tanks for grill, etc. Respecting guests and their use of the outdoor space is the MOST important. Tenant should not have guests when Airbnb is rented etc. Heated salt water pool, hot tub, 2.5 Acres. Super convenient to hospital. Home is rented about 60% of days and almost every weekend Outdoor amenities only available for basement tenant when no Airbnb guests (heated salt swimming pool, hot tub & outdoor living room). Prefer quiet, academic, and responsible renter. Looking for someone to keep help out occasionally if issues at the home (very limited in time and effort required, but helpful to have someone around) Owners pays trash, electric, water, internet, TV, etc
