This a 1959 one-level house that has been completely renovated including a new patio. The house was formerly depressingly dark with old fixtures but is now bright and redone in modernist style. Neighborhood Description Although the neighborhood is Landers town, the houses are mostly on five acres lot and there is a lot of BLM land (including on two sides of my house). The neighborhood definitely has the feel of the living in the country. My five acres could be used as a horse farm.
