Includes heat, electricity, hot water, internet and plowing. * Walmart -10 mins * Turnpike - 30 mins * Hannaford - 8 mins to Poland 12 min to Oxford * Auburn - 20 Mins * Maximum occupancy is 3! * No-smoking on property or apartment per lease! * May consider pets (1st month's rent $1400 and security deposit of $1400 paid in full (Pet Deposit will be needed will talk in person with this). * An open house tour will be in the works so please keep checking your email for up-dates!
