- Mail Delivery: Due to shared commercial property, mailbox delivery is not available. Tenant must obtain a PO Box for mail delivery.
- Shared Access: The property shares a driveway with adjacent commercial buildings for maintenance access and regular property checks.
- Driveway and Property Access: The tenant is not permitted to block the shared driveway or obstruct access to adjacent properties. The surrounding buildings and driveways are not for tenant use or storage.
- Basement: The tenant has full use and access to the laundry room located in the basement. However, the remainder of the basement is reserved for landlord use and future renovations, and cannot be used by the tenant for storage or any other purpose. Tenant agrees to provide access to the reserved areas of the basement as needed and keep the area outside of the laundry room clear of belongings.
- Wildlife Protection: No hunting, inhumane trapping, invasive planting, or pesticide use is permitted on the property.
- Septic System Responsibility:
- Tenant is responsible for proper maintenance and care of the septic system.
- To avoid costly damage and repairs, please only flush septic safe toilet paper and human waste. Avoid flushing:
