The Landlord/Owner shall be responsible for payment of the following utilities: Electricity, Water. The Tenant agrees to remain responsible for the lease for the full twelve (12) month term. If the Tenant chooses to terminate the lease or vacate the premises before the expiration of the lease term without a legally recognized reason for early termination, the Tenant may be responsible for costs and/or an early-termination fee as permitted by applicable law and the terms of this Agreement.
