This is a private, dead-end road and neighborhood with about 16 homes total. It used to all be owned by the Blair family for their apple orchards. Now they still own about 45 acres with a beautiful private park that they let the neighbors go to and enjoy. The apple orchards are still there but it is no longer a working ranch. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and you see deer and squirrels daily. I truly consider it an oasis.
