    Location, location, location. This gem may be a little rough around the edges but with a little imagination with this property it could be quite the beauty. Less than a mile from Hwy. 187, either Clemson or Anderson are just a short time away, and Greenville just a little further. When lake is at full stage the water depth at the end of the pier (approx. 40' from the shore) is approximately 8-9' deep (see attached water depth chart and drawing from the Corps of Engineers) Very rustic, the outward appearances of the property gives it the feel of either a fish or hunting camp. However, since it was first built, it has served as a residence for the owner and family. Property was occupied until a couple of years ago when the owner moved.
