We named this cabin "Tennessee Timeout" because it is nestled in the woods and close enough to Johnson creek that you can hear the flow of the mini waterfalls from the large front porch. Peaceful and tranquil, hence the name. Master bedroom (King size bed) and bath (with a clawfoot tub) is upstairs in the loft. The main living area (2nd floor) offers a cozy living room with inviting comfy furniture and an open feel. New stainless steel appliances recently added to the well stocked kitchen. Off the kitchen is the guest bedroom with twin beds and across the hall a full bath. The back porch off the kitchen has a propane grill. The large basement is finished and has a Queen sleeper sofa, gas logs, TV and a Vintage 1981 full sized arcade machine with 60 games to play. The separate laundry room is also in the basement. Tennessee Timeout is 17 minutes from Copperhill, TN and McCaysville, GA. Both towns have lots of restaurants and fun shops to choose from as well as the local IGA. Blue Ridge, GA is roughly 35 minutes from TNTO and Murphy, NC is 35-40 minutes. So we are centrally located in the Tri-State area. The cabin is located very close to the mouth of the Ocoee river with a whitewater center 5 minutes away. We are also walking distance to Campbell Cove lake for canoeing, paddle boarding, etc. No motorized boats are allowed on the lake. There is covered parking and additional parking in front of the storage shed. There is a firetable right outside the basement door. Utilities are included in the monthly rent which includes the following: Starlink wifi Propane gas Electricity Water Security system Utility's are included in the monthly fee. No smoking or Vaping. Additional charges will occur if smoking occurs in the house. Preference is non-smokers. Dogs under 25 lbs and under are allowed.
