Located 25 minutes to Littleton, NC, 20 minutes to Warrenton NC and 35 minutes to South Hill Va. Owner will pay for water, septic, and up to $150 per month for electricity. Tenant will be responsible for any overage past $151 on electric bill. No smoking inside the house. No Pets. No Hunting. We love all of our deer. Lease is to be at least 60 days or longer.
