I am looking for a nice girl who is looking for a roommate as well to live with me. I have a very cool, nice spot in Tarry Town that is walking distance to the lake. There is a fenced in backyard, dogs welcome. I have a large husky mix, Jersey who is just a sweetheart but also great to have for protection. The duplex is a 2/1 with a patio in front and also the backyard. The landscape is based off of Hotel San Jose, to give you some sort of visual. I love living here but would like a roomie since it is obviously cheaper. Rent is $825/piece. Bills are around $90-100 each person/ month and water and yard maintenance are taken care of by the landlord. I am from Louisiana and moved here 4 years ago. I have a professional full time job and lay low during the week but like to have a good time on the weekends. I am 31 and love to be outside with Jersey and enjoy life. I would definitely want to interview/meet with you as well. I prefer someone in her 20's-30's, someone who is on the same level professionally, clean, doesn't mind cleaning house, scooping poop (if you have a dog ) etc. responsible, no drama and an all around good person/roommate.
