This is a 3 bedroom cape. So peaceful, but also so close to Freeport, Rte 95, restaurants, and 20 min from Portland. This is a very well-kept home in a beautifully secluded part of Yarmouth, yet still close to restaurants, stores, Freeport shopping, and more. The home has a very open-concept first floor, w/updated kitchen appliances & a very nice eat-in bar, along with a booth-style family table. The kitchen flows into the living room, then to a formal dining room and ends with a very nice reading room. Lots of space to sit and relax. This is a very private, spacious place. It has a very nice master bedroom (private full bath), a 2-single bed guest room, and a third bedroom with a double/queen bed. These two bedrooms share a common bath. All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning. We have a large outdoor back deck, complete with grill, also a screened-in back porch for lounging or an outdoor meal. During term, renter pays electric and fixed payment for heat. This rental term is for Spring OR Fall; house is occupied in the summer.
