The fully equipped kitchen and inviting dining area open onto the attractive living room, setting the tone for many memorable evenings. Explore and play in the river, or take a short hike on one of the trails right on the property. The living area immediately feels like home, perfect for gathering with friends and family while enjoying mesmerizing outdoor views. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability with a $25 per hour fee. Reach out to the host to inquire. The house is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit. Both Beech Mountain and Banner Elk offer skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips. We highly suggest using a 4WD during the winter months. The firepit is not for bonfires, so please keep it to small, reasonable fires and only burn firewood. Firewood is not provided, but there are multiple places in town to buy it. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. No smoking is allowed, and only registered guests may stay overnight. This is a privately owned home, and the owners aren't responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings. By booking, guests assume all risks. Keep the property and furnishings in good order and use appliances as intended. Linens are provided, but there is no daily housekeeping.
