The room is in a 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom house on Etna Road (a 7-minute drive from the Cornell vet school). The house is on a property shared by several other houses, but has a huge open field and connects to forest trails that are perfect to walk dogs on! The open bedroom is spacious and located on the second floor of the house. All common areas are furnished. Rent is $518 a month and includes driveway parking, lawn care, and snow removal in the winter.
