Quiet, older farmhouse. Owner plans to winter in the south and return in spring, so please understand you would be a guest in my home and I wish to return to it exactly as I left. Because of this, I will exercise extreme caution in screening and meeting applicants. It would be ideal for an older couple who just needs a place to stay while they are in transition or perhaps a college professor who only intends to stay in the Ellensburg are for the winter months.
