Surrounded by over 30 acres of Protected Corps property, it offers a very peaceful, serene setting. 1.7 miles from the nearest boat ramp at Robinson Park. Less than 20 minutes from 400 and 985. Front lot markers and right back marker easy to spot, the left corner marker should be somewhere near the back corner of the neighbors fence. There is a natural trail making it very easy to park at street and walk all the way through the lot. There is a copy of the septic plat where it was approved for a 3 bedroom home years ago. It was done for the owners that had it prior to my sellers. Of course it would have to be re-done, but that is the only plat my owners have so I put it in the documents.
