The house is 1500sqft. It has 3bed 1.5 bath, and it has three stories (not ADA accessible). The house is heated with a combination of mini-splits and a wood stove. Renter must be comfortable using a wood stove properly. There is a beautiful fenced yard (just under 1 acre), garden beds, and two huge outdoor porches (one porch on the house, another large wooden deck in the yard). The driveway is very steep and bumpy. AWD not required, but it probably won't be a good fit for a small/low car like a Prius. The house is furnished (I am a minimalist, so it is sparse).
