Hello! My name is Chris. I am the current renter of this property and I am in need of a responsible roommate. This little townhome is a hidden gem. I love the area. Everything you need is very close by. Within a drive of a few minutes for most things. I pay for the utilities at the moment, but would expect my new roommate to help with the cost of those. They are usually very cheap. I also pay for internet which you would be more than welcome to use! The room itself is spacious. It has plenty of room for a desk, nightstand, dresser, at least a queen sized bed, and it has two decent sized closets. All the music equipment has been moved to my room. There is a lot of additional storage space in the crawlspace, and the shed out back should you need it. The place has a decent little backyard and patio area. All smoking, with the exception of vaping, would need to be done in that area. No smoking indoors. The deposit amount is the same as the price listed in this ad. I am pet friendly as long as you don't keep creepy crawlies like spiders. All pet deposits can be discussed with my landlord Becky who is super nice! She can answer any additional questions you might have! Utilities will be split between the tenants. The utilities are usually less than 100 dollars. Depending on the time of year. Usually it is a little more in the winter.
