There is an entry gate onto the property. While only a mile from 101 it feels like you're living true country lifestyle. Quiet, peaceful with a butterfly garden right out the kitchen window. Garden space can be available if you want to grow your own veggies. Pets negotiable. We are mature, quiet couple in our 70's and enjoy sharing the peaceful beauty of our little hobby farm. We are looking for a quiet and respectful tenant who would ideally want to live here long term. Owner pays for most utilities. Tenant must secure Garbage themselves if it is wanted. Or take trash off site. Solar included, water, electricity. Laundry room included with a Washer and Dryer. No smoking anywhere on our property. We live in the main house. One year lease required. Due to our Great Dane and Mastiff having free roam on our 4 acres, we do not allow small dogs in the Rental. They do well with larger dogs, but not with the smaller dogs under 40 lbs.
