This is a 1984 mobile home with an addition used for laundry, tools, pantry, and storage. The home is in need of repairs that are inexpensive and all the items we bought for repairs will stay. The home is heated by fuel oil which cost approximately $1000 from October to May, which is about $125 a month to heat during the cold. The floor has a few weak spots and the carpet should be replaced. It has a one-year-old hot water heater. Also has a small storage shed in the back for lawn tools. Has city water and septic. It can make for a great starter home/fixer upper.
