Bright, airy rooms with an eat in kitchen plus dining room. We use the bedroom on the main level as a den and have a living room and full bath on the first floor too. The basement is finished with a half bath and wet bar and built in cabinets. Great for parties and easy access to the pool. When you come in through the garage, you enter the combination mudroom/laundry room and then take the stairs up to the kitchen., Plenty of cupboard space. The upstairs has three bedrooms and a full bath. There is an attic fan up there as well, that can really suck the heat out of the house before you hit the bed. I have to say that initially I didn't want to buy this house because I always wanted an old Victorian or farmhouse. But this house has been wonderful for us and I am very happy that we bought it and raised our daughters here. I will certainly miss it when it's time to move on.
